i like drinking coffee and tea. does it make a difference how many i drink per day? if im not mistaken, they dont have many cals.

ya coffee and tea usually don't have much calories...if any...unless you get some of the flavored ones, but ya I'm gonna say most of the calories come from the sugar and creamers people put in them..

forgot to say I drink about 2 cups of black coffee a day in the morning, before school,l which equals anywhere from 150-300mg of caffeine..

I think tea can actually be good for you as in its an anti-oxidant but coffee... im not sure if its the healthiest drink available.

Unless you start adding milk/creamer and sugar then the calories are negligable (less than 10 for black tea or coffee)...

If you drunk a lot then the only real issue would be the caffiene content.

i usally add to the regular coffee or tea , one twin sugar, the label says 0 calories, and no milk

Herbal teas are usually have no caffeine and they will be fine to drink.

Green tea and white tea are both fantastic sources of anti-oxidants and are very healthy for you - they do have caffeine in them, but less than black tea.
