I went back into the gym yesterday expecting to be a little behind where I was on bench and I blew myself away. I was able to do 3 sets of 8 reps at 225 wihtout a spot on any of them. Before I was struggling at about 5 or 6 reps on the second set. I totally appreciate all the words of advice from everyone! |
