When I woke up i had oatmeal and water. 6:00

10:30 2 chicken sandwhichs. (school) lots of water

2:00 chicken salad and 1 avacado. protein shake

5:00 steak and mushrooms lots of water flaxseed oil. salad.

8:00 Protein shake befor bed.

I had that all Yesterday. Is that a good meal plan for building muscle? Thanks for the help.

Ermm..... Not the best, no...

1. Add protein to your first meal.
2. What exactly were the 'chicken sandwiches??
3. Did you really need a protein shake and chicken at 2? And a whole avocado?? Really?
4. What type of steak?
5. What type of shake?

When did you workout? Which means were pre/post workout? What were the serving sizes of the meals? What is your weight/height/age/BF? etc etc...

We need more information.

I am 15 eyars old. I am 6'2. The shakes i drink are 2%milk and 46 grams of 100% whey protein. I dont really need at any of those times i can adjust it to any suggestions you could give. I workout right befor my dinner. So when i finish working out i go and eat. I had 1 skirt stake. Im not sure the weight but it was a little bigger then my fist. I am also not sure about my body fat i never had a test done to emasure it. Thanks for the help!

6'2 and 169 is far too skinny. eat more food, and add emma said, your seriously lacking the information needed to gauge just how well or poorly you ate today.

you still didn't answer Emma's questions.

What kind of chicken sandwiches? Are they deep fried with mayo on a reg bun? If so, thats not good at all.

What kind of steak? If it's not a lean cut its gonna have too much fat.

The chicken sandwhich was a 8oz grilled piece of chicken on potato bread with little mayo.
I am not sure about the steak.

No I am not ripped. I have fat covering my abs still.

170 pounds super bulk. especially at 6'2, i mean I have been 6'5 since i was 14-15. I was light then also. like 190

try this

200g protein, 400g carbs, 90g fat. 3210 calories a day

lots of good fats, split this between 5-7 meals.

And start having a whey protein shake after your workout instead of whole food, whey hits your muscles faster. then like 45-60mins later have a whole food meal.
