I am 15 eyars old. I am 6'2. The shakes i drink are 2%milk and 46 grams of 100% whey protein. I dont really need at any of those times i can adjust it to any suggestions you could give. I workout right befor my dinner. So when i finish working out i go and eat. I had 1 skirt stake. Im not sure the weight but it was a little bigger then my fist. I am also not sure about my body fat i never had a test done to emasure it. Thanks for the help!
