Preimer Protein Bars - Get them at Costco. 30-31 grams protein, 9 grams sugar

I eat the Protein Plus by Powerbar. Not real high in protein. Only 23g and kind of high in sugar at 19g. They do tast good and I have not found too many that I actually enjoy eating. I try to only eat one a day. Usually for with breakfast or a mid morning snack.
I would suggest taking a shaker and protein packet istead of just eating bars.

Why dont you do a homemade shake instead? much more healthier and no sugar. Grind oats+protein powder and put in a shaker. When you want to drink, add water, shake. You could let it stand to soften a bit, if you want, before drinking.

Been having the MET-Rx Big 100 Cookie Crunch bar for my dinner at work as of late....tastes amazing, but a lot of fat in it

Detour from Next Nutrition
MET-Rx Protein Plus
Labrada Lean Body
I usually don't eat them that often, they're used more as an "emergency" food source. I like to keep one handy, just in case.

I don't eat bars... But I agree with BulkmeUps suggestions - make your own or make yourself a Meal Replacement shake - however I would add something like fruit/skim milk or yoghurt to the shake as well as thinly ground oats and protein powder.

MetRX Protein Plus are the best I've had. I only have them when I'm bulking, even then it's usually sparingly as somewhat of a cheat snack. However, if I reached a plateau on a bulk I might consider adding 1 a day.

There are better choices. Don't eat them if you are cutting.

If I have no choice, I eat Tri-O-Plex or Met-Rx Big 100, but I don't consume them often.

I try not to have any protein bars. I do make my own flapjacks with almonds and peanuts tho.

well a protein bar is unquestionably better than nothing. I usually, if I have to, try to find a vending machine with some nuts and eat the whole bag. Far from an ideal meal but its my best option if its been 3-4 hours and im somewhere away from home.

I have not eaten protein bars in a while, but the Detour bars (the original ones) and Trioplex peanut butter bars are quite tasty. Not the wisest food choice in the world, but I'll eat one if I need a quick protein fix.
