You see all those guys on tv like Anthony ellis. They are ripped as hell. But they also have a lot of muscle. How do they do that? Is that from bulking up and packing on the muscle then cutting to become ripped?

A lot is due to genetics, nutrition and diet. Muscle also takes time to build, so the longer you lift obviously the bigger you'll be. And you've got to know what you're doing once in the gym.

Im 15 right now and i can see those guys who think their all tuff just because their ripped but they cant lift anything. I want to be ripped but I dont want to look anything like the ripped skiny kids. So would the best way of me going about it is bulking up and packing on the muscle then cuttinin and losing all the unwanted body fat?

They do something most people would nerver do......they spend years and years training hard and eating right......bulking is 1970's bull crap logic.

Did anothony ellis really do what he did in just 3 months?!

Its really supposed to be legit

he was a co-champion of Bill Phillips Body-For-Life contest. Bill claims to be the worlds most honest guy. The contest did seem real though. Cant know for sure though i guess. In the VHS they came out with there was an issue on the lie detector test about him taking steroids though he did pass the blood test

Okay, the classic teenage ectomorph. Your going to have to somewhat experiment with your calories to see what makes you gain weight. Have you been on a set diet in the past in terms of daily caloric intake, and the amount of macros you were consuming?

At 15 i wouldnt suggest you get too much into a diet regimin. Just make healthy choices and eat well, for starters.

Bump to this - at 15 you don't need a strict diet. You just need to start to be more aware about what you are eating so you can begin to make smart choices about what you eat and how much you eat.

Leave the 'structured diet' stuff for when it matters.
