you cannot spot reduce except with liposuction, you need to get leaner overall with a proper diet and exercise.

I'm currently about 14% body fat but that damn fat aroung the obliques are hard to lose, so i wanted to try wintrol. Is that the right step?

check out the diet/nutrition section. the stickies specifically. lower bf% is primarily a result of nutrition.
