Errrmmm... That would be anything with not a lot of carbs in it....
But it also depends on how 'low' you are talking.. If you are thinking REALLY low then you are basically left with things like meats, seafood, eggs.... Also hard cheese. Oils and fats such as oil, butter etc etc.
Then things with a little more carb can then inclue cottage cheese, avocado, nuts/seeds, some green vegetables (spinach, lettuce) etc...

Iwant to start the Anabolic Diet. I'm in the process of planning out my meals and stuff. In the Anabolic Diet it high fat & protein, low carbs. no more than 30 grams of carbs during the week and no limit on weekends.
Thanks.

Why not do a real, healthy diet instead of a fad diet?

Why can't you answer someones question or not answer at all?
And I've contemplated on which diet I want to use. I've done some research and the Anabolic Diet won.

Seems to me you wouldn't have a whole lot of energy to work out with if you cut your carbs to only 30 per day

'Cause.... you know.... the anabolic diet promises that you'll "get HUGGEEEE DUDDEEE"!!!
(it also means that you'll get constipated and clogged arteries... But - hey - that is the price you pay for guns right! )
