1 multivitamin, 250mg ALA, 1 calcium/magnesium

Protein bar,

Meal 3=
Tuna Sand sandwich,
2 milks,
2 scoops protein powder,

Meal 4=
scoop protein,
2 tbs of pb,
cup milk,
creatine,
protein=38
carbs=91
cals=670

Meal 5=
Chicken sandwich,
Protein=36
carbs=49
cals=380

Meal 6=
Protein bar,

My cals are too low I think.
