I ran it as outlined in the Clen FAQ below. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, for a total of 2 or 3 cycles. I ran a commercial thermogenic on the two week off periods. It melted fat off for me with just diet alone and no cardio. Felt like it made me a little more vascular/striated too. |
