Protein Sup. while cutting?

Should I even drink protein shakes while cutting. I do 30-40minutes of weight training before a 10minute HITT sesion. I do the weight training while cutting to give the body as reason to hold on to as much muscle as possible.

Should I have a PWO shake?

I would do a 40-50gm isolated whey pwo shake after your workout..

Exactly, and you be even want to try BCAA's pre-cardio; especially since your cutting and your body is in a low calorie environment.

Hell yeah...and get carbs too if you are trying to keep as much muscle as possible.

branched chain amino acids. He wants you to take them before you do the HITT session

use BCAA powder, glutamine, hmb. to spare muscle. high protein
