cut down on the protein shakes, eating allot more clean food. dont have the diet completly under control but hoping just to put on some serious size. oh yeah my legs suck. but i might through in a pic sometime soon. let me know what you think. plus any tips on good ab work outs, and explain a work out split to me. (never understood..?)

no i am a photographer. i had a co worker hook me up.
Age 22 height 6,0 165 - 170 lbs bench 315 (Fianlly!!!!yes got it a week ago. big PR!!!) i will get the legs tomorrow or soon. squat on the sled 380lbs press on the sled 600lbs.

I'd say we have a similar build, but you definetly have me in the strength category.
