Dosages of Dbol?

When using an oral like Dbol, how often do you take the dosages? If you are using 40mg/day do you take all in morning? Take half in morning and half at night? Or, spread it out in 3 to 4 dosages throughout the day?

Some people say take it all in the morning, some say split it up.
I'd split it up into three doses. JMO

It has to better to split it up to constantly have it in your system....

every time iv'e used it, i always split it up 3-4 times through out the day.

Thanks guys. It has been a long time since I have run anything and I have it split up 3 times a day. Due to the short half life I rememberd this being a good way to take it. I was wondering if this was still the suggested method for this particular substance. Seems like it is the preferred method.
