Decline Bench Press

I was wondering, ive never done these before to be honest, but Im kind of bored of my current chest routine, so i thought i might incorporate them if they are useful. Do they actually significantly benefit the chest or will a flat bench press(or db press) have the same effect, just at a lower efficiency.

i love doing them as i can bench more doing declines than flat bench. i think i helps me keep better form and the bar lower over my chest.

I no longer do any type of flat benching. I only do Decline bench @ 15 degrees and Incline flyes if I need another chest exercise.

Yes DB's rock. You get a good range of motion, but I'll stay with the straight bar. I look at it this way. I can do more weight with the straight bar then DB's and the more weight you can use with good form, the bigger and stronger you will get.

That's total bullshit. All benching whether incline, decline or flat are a full chest development and not a partial one.

Yes sir they do. But hard to setup heavy Dbs alone. Unless someone has some suggestions.

I can rep the 130s...actually their 135s, but I had to have someone hand them to me. Its not always that easy to find a spotter that is around the same time I do this workout that can lift these dumbells.
