Hey people,
just a quick question about my chest and my pecs. I do alot of chest excersises on chest day which is monday and thursday's. I start off with a regular bench, then incline, then every other day decline. Then i finish with some flys. My pecs are very well developed, but some how there is still a small layer of fat on them. Is this genetics or what? Just making me angry any workout advice or diet plan would be greatly appreciated.

fat = diet
You will have to revisit your diet plan and tweak a few things if you want to get rid of the fat

Remember that fat comes off in layers that cover the entire body. You can't target an area and remove its fat by itself. You'll have to cut the fat by cutting your calories with a good diet, and a little carido is advised.

I have heard from everywhere that you can not target an area and remove its fat by itself... as Caesar said. But i have a similar problem. I too have a slight layer of fat over a decently-developed chest... except is my body different or what? cause my left side seems to have more fat then the right. I do only symetrical workouts so I work each side equally, but my right side seems to be more greatly affected and worked by it then my left. It is visibly evident that there is more fat on the left side of my chest then there is on the right. Anyone have any clue to why this may be? and maybe how to fix it? thanks

i read somewhere that its common for a person to develop more muscle in their dominant hand side of the body ...
i would think its true because it happens in me and i have to find myself to focus on my left side during an exercise so the right doesnt do all the work
