Although the pain in the chest has gone down considerably, it still hurts when i strech my left arm across my chest. And also there is kind of a constant pain on the left side of my chest.
What should I do? Should I skip my workouts today and maybe rest all this week too? But then again the pain is not bad enought to skip my workouts. Anyways just curious what you guys thought. |
