Hi hows it goin everyone, this is my first post and first off I just want to say thanks for having this forum up, it helps out alot.

I find that at the end of my reps I always tend to favor my right side...

I've been told the easiest way to kick this habit is to train with free weight dumb bells... Any other suggestions ??

yes, that could help .. do a lot of unilateral work

Use dumbells such as db bench or alternating presses and focus on doing the same weight and same sets/reps for both your left and right side

If I do unilateral movements, then I always start with the weak side and merely match that with my strong side. That way you maintain your strength on the strong side and allow the weak side to catch up. If your imbalance is really dramatic, then you may consider increasing the volume for the weaker side. However, I highly doubt that is necessary.
