in the rack, on your knees....with padding....weight on your sholders, sit back back till your hams connect with your calves and then fire up with your glute's/hips. It's a pretty short distance of travel....but it works your posterior pretty good. |

before you do that though why not just stop squats in the hole. squat down, sit there and stay tight for a good 3-5 count and the explode out of the hole. |
