Juice in Hollywood

In the latest FLEX they talk about who buffed up the most for a movie role. They gave the "award" to Christian Bale and said, "Yo-yo dieting from 183 to 120 to 220 in 13 months, Bale underwent the most dramatic body transformation in movie history."

And I bet he used the most juice to do it, too.

Bale has been in great shape for years, I don't know if he uses growth drugs but if he does I believe he is very moderate and sparing in his use of them

i would think that some anabolic use is a definite...
but i think the fact that these hollywood superstars can afford to buy the best trainers, nutritionists, and the fact they dont have to work a 9-5 daily contributes to their look


i know if i had someone to cook my meals and plan them and train me etc...i could def be at another level

christian bale is one hell of an actor, he looked seriously gaunt in the machinist, that must have been very tough to go through considering the body he once had, in batman he looks amazing, awesome physique (he also looked great in american psycho!), i find it hard to believe that he could get to that without steroids, its not a question of why would he use them, but when you are getting paid millions to look the part why the hell wouldn't you?

I didn't realize he was really that skinny in The Machinist. His best movie is still Empire of the Sun. He probably weighed 100 lbs in that one.

I dont think he used anything to get to 220. When he weighed 120 it was a super unnatural body weight for him, so for him to jump up to 200pounds naturaly that fast is beliveable. Not haveing a normal 9-5 job and a personel trainer I'm sure helped out. Just imagine what you could do if you didn't have to work and had all your meals prepaired for you.

some one who is skinny as hella nd a hard gainer can go from 120-220 in 1 yr.

He lost 60 pounds (on purpose!) for the Machinist. He is naturally much heavier. Add "muscle memory" to that and it's not that much a stretch. Also, who said Bale is a hard-gainer?

Exactly...no one said he was a hard gainer but you.

I think everyone is being like a bunch of gossiping old women. So what if he did. Let's just say that he did...now what? I have used them too....now what? You think other actors like Vin Diesel don't juice? Ok, maybe I should use a real actor as an example, but I can't think of anyone off the top of my head right now.

vin diesil is a better actor than tom hanks, vin actually told tom to get off the juice 3 years ago, true story
