anyone have any good effects off of proviron(bloat control,sex drive,etc) at 25mgs a day?
im on test and eq(less than a gram total) and am noticing some bloating..
the nolva is not doing much for it this time..
im thinking of adding 25mgs or proviron and 10mgs of nolva a day

Proviron gives me a wood/libido boost a few hours after I take it. I don't think proviron or nolva will help much with bloating. Use an AI to reduce bloat.

Nolva helps me a ton with bloating, proviron didn't but I did like how it mixed with my cycles.

On your cycle, 12.5 mg/day of adex would be fine. I prefer aromasin at 12.5 mg EOD, though.
