whne training i know u should do bigger muscles 1st but i thought u also were suppose to do compound lifts 1st too? so when training should u do all compound movements 1st (ex.bench,cg bench,chin-ups,pull-ups,squats,etc.)then move on to the isolation stuff like bb curls?

You young lads need to quit reading all the muscle mags.

Forget about isolation movements and concentrate on all types of compound exercises.

Note: Not asking you to try Iron man's program, but read the first page on isolation movements. Not needed unless you in a pre contest phase. This also is stated by another great trainer...Dante of Dogg Crapp Training.

If you'll look at P-funks routine, I believe you'll see no isolation exercise. Hope I'm right on that Patrick.

Note: besides a EZ bar curl, i haven't done an isolation movement in over a year and I'm stronger now then ever. Does not include the 70's and 80's, but the 2000's

With very few exceptions, isolation movements should always come last, or not exist at all.
