I need to know whether too much potassium in my diet may have negative effects in any way , as i suspect so.......
All of my foods are natural(not processed salt inside). and cooked by me.
I am using the Lo-SAlt 80 % potassium 20% sodium....
I eat lot of cucumbers and usually my foods contain a lot of apple cider vinegar( lots throughout the day).
Now cucumb has potassium, apple cider vinegar has potassium. My food is sodium free and I suspect that my potassium is much much higher than my sodium levels. I piss every 1 hour or so which suckz and I do not take caffeine or any diurectics at all.
I also suspect a mineral/vitamin loss through urine.
Any recommendations?
Shall I switch to normal Sea-Salt?
