To add on, I don't want to do any supplements or what ever it is you guys use to gain weight, how can I do this naturally?

What kind of bulk....clean or just a get fat bulk???
I would just bump up your total calories 500 over maintance....fats, carbs and protein all mixed into that number evenly.

do you track your calories/macronutrients now? i say 10% over maintenance reassessing every two weeks. if you find you're not making progress (gaining), raise your calories another 10% and so on and so forth every two weeks until you're making slow gains. clean eating + slow increases = keeps the fat gain to a minimum.
