Zero Carb Isopure any good? I'm currently taking AST's VP2.. with 24g protein...

if not, which protein do you guys recommend

I like Designer Protein. It tastes good mixes well and contains almost 2 grams of glutamine in every scoop along with other muscle builders such as magnesium and zinc. It also has lots of other good stuff in it. I get all my supplements at Dave's because his prices are the best around.

Try Scitec brand products. MyoMax, MyoMax Meal, Whey Best and others. They're not well-known here in the US, but #1 in Europe.
Excellent stuff.

If you go with Designer Protein (or Scitec) check out http://www.healthcenterplus.net
Designer (2.1 lbs) is $19.95.

Zero Carb Isopure is outstanding. None of the crap you don't need, just pure protein.

Also, no, 50gms. protein for a shake is not a problem. I routinely to 2 packets.
