past few days ive been spitting up blood in my salvia, its not a shitload but deff there. I think it may have to do with my BP being all kinds of jacked up, i have high bp to begin with, im on cycle, girl problems and 3 exams the past 2 days, thats what leads me to think its related to blood pressure. I have had a shoar throat for like a week and i am hoping my throat is just soar and blood is from that. The blood is in my nose also, its not alot in either but deff more than there should be. Its not pouring out but i can see it when i blow my nose or spit, kinda worried and may end this cycle early which i do not want to do, needless to say this sucks

might be from blood trickling back down from nasal cavity and entering your mucous. Stress and juice, chicks = bad combo. Take a few days off from training check your sodium intake if you are not eating propely that could affect blood pressure more then anything.

Man, you need to see a doctor. Blood like that is not good. Although it is probably nothing serious but if it is serious, it is always better to know soon.

it lasted two days, ive been semi sick for like a week and it passed along with the blood, was pretty scarry but im liven baby!!!!
