Hanging leg raise is probably one of the best, weighted crunches on an incline are killers as well.
The swiss ball works well with weight to.

Definetly hanging leg raises. I also like to do roman chairs and russian twists to work the obliques too.

LESS IS MORE

Swiss balls or sports balls(other names as well)are those round colorful balls that you see at the gym. They were made popular by Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek among other people but those were the main 2 dudues who popularized them.
They are used as a object to work your core muscles and your body in a unstable enviroment, they have many uses in sports, rehab, bodybuilding etc.....
They're cheap too.

I would go with sit ups on the roman chair and then hanging leg raises, keeping it basic and simple.

hanging leg raises and good 'ol crunches.

damn, but hanging leg raises are tough. i try and do as much as i can, even if its only 10 reps, its still effective!

if you think hanging leg raises are tough, try puting a 25 pound dumbell between your legs and then do it..... good luck man, and remember no mater ho much you workout your abs, without that diet thing you wont see them....

I swear by simple crunchs....eityher on the floor or a flat bench. Also put the bench on an incline. I don't train my side ones as much...they tend to get to thick when I do.
