Daily Meals

I'm curious to know what everyone eats during the day. You can include any supplemental drinks, pills, etc., but I am mostly looking for general grocery store type foods.

I eat whatever I can find. Breakfast, I might have 4-5 bowls of cereal, or some eggs and OJ, maybe a bagel with a bannana. Lunch, depends entirly on my class schedule. An dinner varies also. I'm so un-regimented.

That's not true.

Meal 1: cereal and whey protein drink
Meal 2: Protein bar
Meal 3: varies, meat (beef or chicken) & carbs (potatoes, chips, etc.)
Meal 4: 2 hard boiled eggs or protein drink
Meal 5: varies, meat (beef or chicken) & pasta or rice
Meal 6: more of a night snack, usually nuts and milk

okay, maybe it's true!

My goal is about 200grams of protein per day.

1st meal -- Soy protein drink w/glutamine
Wheat toast w/flaxseed and jelly
1 orange
2nd meal -- Cottage cheese, yogurt
3rd meal -- 3 eggs in a tortilla with fat
free sour cream and cheese
4th meal -- Chicken, Rice, Mushrooms
5th meal -- Protein Drink, Banana
6th meal -- Vension, Rice, potato

Well, here's the thing. I'm not into gaining a bunch of muscle. I'm a naturally skinny guy, so I don't need as much protein as someone who is 180+.

Heck, if you're including cottage cheese and yogurt as an entire meal, I probably eat at least 6 meals a day. I'm in class for at least 5 hours a day, and then it seems I am always eating when at home. Brain work makes you hungry.

Anyone here a pasta person?

I think you're gonna find that most folks here eat as much protein in a single snack as you eat in an entire day...

You might be in the wrong place.
