"I smell steroid rage."

http://media.putfile.com/Geraldo-at-Large

It's too bad I already had to turn in the manuscript for my book; I'd have verbally and eternally in print eaten this cat alive.

It's incredible how the media makes everything so clear. Steroids=murder. I don't see why I never saw it before. I understand why I like hunting now, of course the game hunting will no doubt evolve into murder, because of roid rage. I mean it's not like there has ever been a murder, or crime for that matter, motivated by money or anything else non-steroid related. Because if money had ever really been a motivation to kill, that would be just one more thing to blame on steroids; The drugs that kill millions of innocent people, just like the bubonic plague.

Here's to hoping my book makes it to a second printing so I can chastize this idiot in my own pages!

What amazes me is that there was no mention of any past crimes, whether or not Titus has any. I can't stand the fact that as soon as the word steroid can be associated with a situation, it's automatically the cause of any sort of negative effect that may occur, even when there is so little or no scientific evidence to back what these people are saying. And the majority of mainstream viewers think that any news anchor on t.v. can do no harm and would build an altar and worship any log of shit that fell out of their mouths simply because they are on TV. People don't realize that a story like "Bodybuilder murders innocent woman. Money the motive, not anabolic steroid use" won't sell shit, but "Steroid junky burns innocent woman in desert. Anabolic rage the sole culprit" will sell, so that's what is broadcasted. These news fuckers don't care about presenting the news as it truly is, they care about being #1 in the ratings. They need to include a disclaimer with every news broadcast that says "Events reviewed within may or may not be false or completely fabricated, but if it makes money, we'll bleed it dry for as long as we can"

Isn't it pathetic?

People hear "steroids" and assume it's the root of whatever bad thing happened. A bodybuilder murdered someone? Must be the steroids. A baseball player didn't have another great year? Must be the steroids.

This gets me so fired up I don't even want to get started. Just had to throw in my .02 and say you basically said my point for me.

'Tis why i HAAAAAAAAAATE the media.

Posted by: Flex

In fact, that's why I rarely ever watch TV.

I love movies, b/c shit, at least we KNOW they're fake. Alls TV does is try to sell you shit and lie so they get good ratings.

p.p.s. Geraldo = $50 Any takers?

Posted by: musclepump

I'm sure something could be worked out...

No, that's the thing. He almosts allows himself to do a piece of responsible reporting, and then in typical Geraldo fashion he fucks it up with a stupid comment like that.

There was a awesome show on called "The man whos arms exploded". It had a guy that has his own website and informational hotline supporting use. And has proven to everyone that has tried to debate him that they are safe when taken as directed.

And that's why no one likes you.

My two favorite Geraldo moments, 1. The skinhead episode where he got his face caved in by a chair on camera, and
2. his interview w/ Charles Manson where GR tries to intimidate the lunatic in the safe confines of a secure studio only to have Manson tell him that he'd beat him to dogshit....what a man.

I have no idea...I used to have it on something called a "Beta" tape years ago. But I was one of only 5 people in the western hemisphere to have that "Beta" contraption.

Here's what happened. The fight broke out onstage btn black leaders and white supremacists. Geraldo jumped the biggest dude there...he was like 6'8" or so and the two danced for a while. GR disengaged and exited the screen. When he re-entered the camera shot, he was stood straight up by a thrown chair that hit him straight on the nose. He gathered himself and rushed back in only to be bullseyed in the nose again by another thrown chair. This one knocked him out of the picture. He appeared after commercial break w/ a bloody towel and a pulverized nose. Everybody else was ok.

It don't get much better than that.
