Hey guys this is my first post. Basically... Im 15, 5'7, and 110lbs so i am a pretty short and skinny kid, always have been. I started weight training in september.... i have slowly grown my biceps,triceps etc... and they all continue getting stronger.. but I have constantly been going on the bench. I started out repping with 95lbs 10 times 3 sets a day.. i maxed out with 1rep at 135lbs.... i have not gained any weight but have moved up to 115lbs for 10 reps and gone up to 6 sets a day. and moved my max up to 185 lbs. unfortunately for the last 2 months... I havnt been getting any stronger. in anything. basically im a begginer so i dont know really anything about this just want some help. Thanks
