Bacon and sausage penne

This is something i made up the other day.. if you're looking for more protein either add or substitute for chicken, shrimp, salmon or whatever you want.

Cook up some penne pasta while you are making the rest of the recipe.

chop up some bacon (4 strips for one person), and chop up some spicy sausage. I take mine out of the skin and break it up.. saute both in pan. There is no oil needed as you will use the natural oils of the pork. After 5 minutes add in a tablespoon of minced garlic, some italian seasoning, salt, and crushed chili peppers if you like it hot. I also add sliced fresh mushrooms and chopped onions also at this time. You will need to stir and saute for another 5mins.

When meat and penne is done, put in a bowl and add italian shredded cheese . Mix up. Now eat!!!
