I think DOMS is talking about a med ball, I know certain companies use the name physioball as a trademarked name for 1 version of the medicine ball. I believe the article is prolly on the Swiss ball, though. If it is a med ball you seek, you should get one that rebounds so rubber is the way to go. You can do everything with a rubber one that you can with a leather one, but not vice-versa. If it is a swiss ball you are lookng at, they only make them out of one material so get that kind.
