I'm running across more and more of his material lately. So, does he know his stuff?
I'm not asking if he's right 100% of the time (that's too subjective).

i think he is a smart guy. defenitly knows his stuff. I am not that into his training methods though. I don't buy into a lot of the transvers abdominus activation stuff and I think he goes a little over the top with his whole "functional training". His nutritional info is defenitly not my favorite either. but, he is a smart guy. I am just not that into him.

I have only read a couple of interviews with the guy. He is a crazy strong guy, and he is definitely smart. However, I think he is a little over the edge sometimes. I'm glad he's around though. At least he makes you think outside the box.
