im not in major need of help here, ive been active all my life and am a highly athletic person whos strongest area is sports and athletics. i just need a little help here and there because ive never REALLY cut before like this. i have however done a little research and have established a what i think is good diet. ill keep you guys posted later. thanks |

"veggies, fruit and protein" is not really eating right. your body needs carbs. what you've listed says to me that you're diet isn't what it should be. what about essential fats? are you running everyday immediately prior to lifting? if so, you're compromising your training. fat distribution throughout your midsection is directly related to diet. muscles do not "tone", they grow and shrink. |
