So I was on the phone with this guy I have been seeing for 4 months and we start talking about 3somes. at first I told him I wasnt opposed to the idea, then a guy friend of mine was telling me if we did that, then my guy wouldnt respect me and he obvisously isnt happy with me if he wants to bring someone else to the bedroom. So now I am going to tell the guy 4 get that idea. I was for it but i guess my other friend is right.

Plus my guy and i were planning on going to the strip club for fun, but I guess I am going to nip that idea too! Shit, I have a wild streak but it seems that my friend makes a good point about respect.

Well, some people are into that stuff, and thats great! Me, I couldnt do it, and definately wouldnt want to be with a girl that does. We are all entitled to live our lives to how we feel is best, so have fun, but be safe

I agree. No offense, but you sound like kind of a prude if you're going to buy what your other friend said about your boyfriend losing respect for you. Don't you think you should weigh your own opinion in more than what others think? You know him best, right? If not, perhaps you shouldn't have had sex with him to begin with. It should really be your call and your call alone. How serious is your current relationship if I may ask? And do you see it going much further down the line?

MACCA - the 3some i had long ago was fun, and it did not hurt my relationship at all. that guy and I were together for 10 years. we broke up because we fought all the time. the only reason why i was thinking about now was because he brought it up and so I was thinking what harm can it do?? But then my other guy friend was telling me about respect blah, blah, blah. so i got to thinking he was right.

KentDog - the guy and i have been dating for 4 months. i dont know the exact status but we both like the situation. we see each other 2-3xs a week and we call and text but we dont talk every single day. we keep our distance and i like that. we both go out and have fun. we are not seeing anyone else, we have discussed that. we are both just taking things slow, because we have been in bad relationships. we are both alike and i dont know if thats a good thing? but for the most part i like him and i am just gonna see where it goes. i dont want to see too much in to the future but i can see him sticking around a while

if you want a future with this guy then don't do it, but if you are just casually dating and its just an unimoirtant guy for you then its not that big a deal. I don't think its about respect though. if guy guy wanst a 3sum it doesn't mean he doesn't respect you, it just means that he wants to respect two of you at once...lol. it can defn do harm though with a serious relationship, trust. some sort of feelings always stem, whether it be jealousy or interest in the other partner or whatever, thats what makes it a bad idea for serious couples. my two cents

I think you've gotten some great advice here. Only you know if it's appropriate. Don't let someone else tell you what your values are. And I agree I don't think it has anything to do with respect. I respect a girl that's open with her sexuality. You can be skanky about it or respectful about it, it's about how you portray yourself.

I would dig two chicks at once, or even three if I wasn't attached or dating any of them....and if the majority of the attention was given to me.

I've done the whole tag team thing with good freinds and a girl before....I suppose that is ok if you are just trying to get a quick lay. Then you don't have to fun back to your friends with a great story cause they were there too.

I am not a fan of sharing so for me I wouldn't want any of this if I had a girffriend or serious interest. I would like to think a man and woman could find all they need in the person they love...maybe that is wishful thinking? Being faithful seems like a hard task for most people. Everything around us promotes sexual behavior and being with multiple partners....all these drama shows on tv everyone is sleeping with someone they shouldn't be...or they are cheating...sleeping with someones friend/wife/husband....I feel if you see enough of it eventually the mind will become numb to the idea this is not normal...ah fuck it I am just starting to ramble on and on about this..peace out!

This may seem like a novel concept, but I think if all parties are open to the idea then it is fine. It really all depends upon how confident each person is with themselves and their views on sex and relationships. For myself, sometimes I want to be the center of attention, so more guys is GREAT! Other times, I want to be into doing whatever feels right at the moment, so another girl or two on one guy or a few guys is fine with me. All I ask is that everyone showers first...nothing is worse than going down on a guy or girl and smelling nothing 'cept really bad B.O.
