5 11 174 pounds....i have been lifting for a while now but havent doen anyhting for my diet can someone just give me a lwayout of this is what you should eat/ drink and when so that i can get my max from lifting and still get ripped thanks,

A better idea, would be for you to read the fat loss tips sticky and the bulking w/ slow-burners thread, educate yourself on what a healthy meal plan is, then draw up a new meal plan and post it here and we'll let you know if you're on track or not
