im 10 half stone and 6"2

Do i have to eat loads eg 3500 cals?

Or dont worrie about cals and eat loads of protien and carbs?

A stone is ~ 6.35kg (or 14 pounds).

So at 6'2 he is only 66.67 kg or 146.7 pounds!

at just under 147lbs your bulking calories shouldn't be that high. the key to bulking is being smart about it so you don't put on a ton of fat in the process. i wouldn't go over 2640 for the first couple weeks but that also depends on what you're eating now. do you currently count calories? if so, what's your daily intake? like i said previously, the number of calories you consume on a daily basis does matter. it's not all about stuffing yourself with protein. carbs and essential fats are necessary as well.
