I can tell you my urine is now a permanent shade of yellow I assume from the Drol. Yes, I'm drinking a shit load of water! |

I want to do a similar cycle soon but I will be cutting and I will not be using drol. I was thinking about Tren, test e, and EQ. |

Guys I know you here others praise this stuff and you think maybe they're exaggerating. They're not! I'm doing triples of my previous 1 RM with ease. I did leg press this morning and pressed 24 45lb plates for 6 reps. I didn't think I would get 3 reps. I'm not sure if this is impressive, but to me it is. I can't wait for the Tren to kick in. This should be a fun ride. |

I'm front loading 1000mg of test the first week then the cycle will goes as follows. Weeks 2-10 500mg Test Cyp 1-10 400mg Tren E 1-4 100mg Drol All pinning will be done on Monday & Thursday. Drol will be ingested 9:00 am & 9:00 pm ED. Starting weight 239lbs with approximate BF @ 9-10% Goals are to increase strength to a ridiculous degree as well as reach and sustain a weight of 260+lbs. Diet will be relatively clean. Although, fat gain is not a major concern of mine. If I can reach my above weight goals while maintaining my BF @ less than 13% I'll be happy. My current strength is down about 10% from my 1RM due to my recent cut. My training regimen will be a take off of Ironman's routine. I will be working out on M/W/F. I will be training each body part with only 3 working sets per session 2 times per week. Concentrating on mainly compound movements. Day 1: DB flat bench(chest), DB shoulder press(shoulders), French press or weighted dips(tri's), BB Shrugs(traps). Day 2: Pull ups(lats), T-bar rows or DB rows(upper back), Hack squat or leg press(quads), Ham curls(hamstrings), Standing calf raises(calfs). I will rotate these 2 workouts for the length of this cycle. The first 6 weeks I will be doing 3 working sets per exercise. 1st set 8-10 reps. 2nd set 3-6 reps. 3rd set 10-15 reps. Weeks 7-10 I will be concentrating on maximal strength. All working sets 3-6 reps. I may slip a 1RM in there somewhere as well. All critiques are welcome. |

Weight is 249lbs. I'm down 2lbs from my high. I'm sure it's just fluctuating water weight. Everyday I go into the gym I'm increasing the weight. Today was chest, shoulders, tri's, and traps. This routine is working out fairly well so far. The only problem I have is I normally work chest first which is taking some weight away from my shoulders. Maybe next workout I'll do shoulders first. I did 8 reps with the 125 DB's today. I'm at a point where I need to make a decision. My gyms DB's only go up to 125 and I need more weight. I either need to go to BB or DB incline. For shrugs I've been using the Hammer shrug machine. I like the way the grip is in a neutral position(at your sides)and would love if my gym had a BB like this. They do make them, right? The problem is the hammer only holds a total of 10 plates and I'm repping that 10+ times. The BB seems to put some stress on my back at high weights so I prefer the Hammer machine. If I had BB with a side grip I think that would help with the stress. Oh well... I have no sides at all to speak of other than a little bloat. BP is in check and everything else feels real good. I'm starting to feel the Test so hopefully the Tren is following closely. |
