I am planning on going out for sushi for dinner, and plan on eating a lot, since its all you can eat. Since I know I am going to be consuming a high excess of carbs and fat (mainly from dessert), should I "prepare" by not eating as much for breakfast and lunch to help compensate? I plan on running about 8 miles or so and lifting weights for about 45 minutes before dinner.

For your previous meals, eat protein and efa's only.

No carbs? Even morning cereal?

Yeah........that's what I would do.

I cheat every Friday and Saturday. When I cheat, its only dinner (whatever I want) and dessert. All other meals are clean and whole. I will be up at 6 lbs at the end of the weekend, but by Tuesday-Wednesday-I'm back to what I was the morning of my first cheat.

I still would rather cheat once every 2 weeks. It mentally helps me feel better about myself. I am starting to allow myself a piece or 2 of chocolate per day to help fight cheat urges.

the only way I'd be that stringent would be if I were in a precontest cycle. Even then would I go to town once with dessert and a big meal every two weeks.
