hey this is my first post

heres a recipe for some protein ice cream
what you need is
1 container of yogurt(preferably lower in sugar)
1 scoop protein powder(I used ON chocolate)
1 to 2 tbs peanut butter (I used power butter)

Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Then put the bowl into the freezer and leave it for a couple hours. It kind of tastes a little like ice cream and is similiar in texture.
Enjoy

What about cottage cheese instead of yoghurt??? Higher in Protein but I wonder if the texture would be the same!
You did not use a icecream machine right???

If the cottage cheese is blended up well it should, i'd add a little water to it. I used to mix cottage cheese and chocolate whey together in a food processor and just eat it, it was like pudding.
