What are some efficient meals that I could eat? I can't afford to do the Ronnie and have 2 steaks, 4 chickens and a whole cow every day.

For breakfast, I usually go with eggs and milk and some toast.

For dinner, I'm currently eating rice and pasta as the staple for my diet. Typically with either home made pasta sauce or some stir fry.

Any suggestions?

potatoes in 10lb bags are cheap.
Yams, sweet potatoes
Oats
honey
frozen peas and corn
canned tuna
Brown rice is fairly cheap
beans are pretty cheap

Meats....buy in bulk packs....usually, you can save a fair amount that way.

buy human remains (in bulk) and some cow jism and fry them in olive oil with some garlic.

Well...I hope you're not indicating that you're only eating twice a day!!

You need to eat every 3 hour-ish.

- the 10 pound bag of optimum nutrition whey
- supermarket sale on bulk chicken and meat. (for me its usually 1.99/lb for
chicken when on sale)

i agree though...it is tough to bulk on a budget!

Don't have time to prepare that many meals, and to eat all the time. I typically have class from 9 or 10 to 3 or 4. In class, I'm too busy taking notes and listening to be eating anything.

Is there no alternative to having 5 or 6 small meals?

Well... To avoid preparing meals all the time, cook everything for the week in advance on the weekend... that way it's ready to go throughout the week and all you have to do is reheat it (over, microwave, however you want...)

I don't know what to tell you about classes, but you've gotta have a lunch break somewhere between 9 and 4, right?

There isn't really an alternative to 5 or 6 small meals... However, during class you could take a protein drink with milk, fruit, oats, peanut butter and protein in it as one meal... It is ok if 2 of your total of 6 meals are protein shakes if it's more convienant, but at least 4 should be real/solid food.

Peanut Butter Jelly Time!!!! When Im bulking thats a staple, usually take a few with me every time I leave house. Hell you can pound them during class. You can bulk up, its all about how much you want it. Think it through and you'll come up with what works for you.

jelly has dextrose in it. Too quickly digested and will put fat on...not exactly a lean bulk. I used to eat 6 sandwiches at a time. I was on budget until I realized that certain things are better off in powder form. I do eat a ton of oats now (OF) of course. I also eat a lot of yams/sweet potatoes. Try those. You can buy 9 lbs of quaker at costco, and obviously a bag of yams isnt expensive. (yam bag )
