ok, so im 30 years old, 6'8 and 300 lbs . Im taking a cycle and training like a mo fo.. On average how many gallons of water should I be drinking a day?

1.5 gallons is what I usually recommend to most.

1 gallon = 128 liquid oz = 3840 ml

So 1.5 gallons = 5760 ml

And 5760/591 = 9.75

So you would need to drink about 10 of those 20 oz bottles to drink 1.5 gallon.

1 gallon = 128 ounces.
