Where do you buy your cottage cheese from?
I'm looking to have it every night now, and I'm trying to be able to have about one cup a night, which would be around 26g of casein. I'd rather eat cottage cheese than buying another powder. But, going grocery store on this situation isn't so nice on my funds...
It says that it is "dry", which kind of confuses me.
Any ideas?

Do you buy you stuff from the grocery store? Or do you buy it bulk? Maybe it's not the same in bulk?

I've never had dry curd cottage cheese before. Methinks it would taste nasty. It's also called farmers cheese.
Dry curd has no additional fluid added after fermentation.

Do you think you would need to add some water? It's hard to imagine what it would taste like dry....
Do you eat cottage cheese? And if you do, how to you obtain it? Grocery store? It seems so pricey to even eat just a serving of 13g protein at night. It comes out to be towards 75 cents a serving...

I have no idea
I buy mine at a natural food store. I don't eat dairy this isn't hormone free and from humanely treated cows. So mine costs about double the price than the grocery store ones coming out to almost $2.00 per meal

I load up on cottage cheese when it is on sale at the local grocery store. On sale, I get a 24 ounce container for $1.28-$1.68. I load up about once a month. Only downside to this is that you may feel weird checking out with 7 or 8 containers .
