Hi all,
Does anybody know of protein bars available in the Uk? I am looking for an economical option.
Thanks

the cheaper ones are generally the sucky ones, best price you'd look at for a decent bar would probably be £2 for a myoplex carb-sense from GNC (minus gold card discount if you have one, which is 20% i think), pro-flapjacks are also very good and great value at £1 per bar, however each one only contains about 20g of protein, but would make an excellent snack, or compliment to a sandwich or other food source

Thanks Shaw!! I just ordered that. Do you know any cheap/quick way to make protein shake at home ? i am seriously stuck with protein as I don't like any meat except chicken. I have really got bored with chicklen by now. So i am thinking of some other way to get it.

haha, good luck building a decent physique without any protein in your diet, ohhh but i suppose you are going to just alternate between protein bars and protein shakes for your protein content instead now? riiiight!
