Is it ok to have cake(low fat) on a refeed day? It has a buttload of sugar in it. Not sure.

Also, what is SF Ice cream?

Yes I did read it, twice actually. I pretty much knew it wouldn't be a good idea to eat it, but you never know. It was just my birthday and I had to refuse eating a cake from my parents and a cake from my friends. I felt bad but I had just started the low carb/refeed diet and I didn't want ruin it.

I'm happy that I didn't give in though.
