Heres my meal plan
total calories about 1900 a day and 220 grams of protein a day
Iam trying to lower my bmi by mixin cardio with weight lifting(trying to get that six pack)
I do an hour of lifting and run 2 miles 3 times a week.
meal 1- 300 calories cereal low fat milk/ 15g protein
meal 2-180 calories protein bar/ 15g protein
meal 3-300 calories 2 chicken breast/ 60g protein
meal 4-200 calories 1 chicken breast/ 30g protein
meal 5-random dinner no more then 500 calories at least/ 20g protein
preworkout shake/ 50g protein
meal 6-post workout protein shake/30g protein
