Yeah, I eat flaxseed every morning with breakfast. I put it on toast and jelly. It tastes good and is a GREAT source of good fats, which help increase testosterone!

Soccerstar67....Flaxseed does a number of great things for your body and training. First taking one to two tablespoons of flaxseed oil will help you with your hair, nails, and skin. I have noticed a remarkable difference in my skin. It's totally clear!! And it has a better tone to it. My skin just looks ALOT better!! But it doesn't happen over night. It will take a couple of weeks or months to see the diffences in your body...depending on how your body responds to it.

If you are on a low-carb diet (like I am...getting ready for a show) your training will not suffer as much as you think. Flaxseed is a good fuel for working out. I have a protein shake with a tablespoon of flaxseed oil. The fats in the oil are used are good fats and will be used as energy unlike saturated fat that will sit in your body and turn to fat!!! And it helps keep your arteries cleared out. Hope this helps a little. I might have some more info later...so keep looking at this post...ok

I have an extremely low fat diet so I supplement with a 'good' fat, flax seed oil caps. You have to have some fat in your diet or a whole bunch of things stop working well, you just want to be sure you're getting 'good' fat and not 'bad' fat.
