Just bought some fish oil caps, and read about how the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 should be at a certain level and that there shouldn't be too many added vitamins. Here are the nutrition facts:
Question is, is this a good level of omega-3 to omega-6? And is the addition of vitamin e anything to worry about?

Most people get too much omega 6's and not enough omega 3's. Add 6-10 of these to your diet and don't worry much about the omega 6's. I can assure you that unless you are not eating, you are already getting enough and in many cases maybe too much.
