How long with the Nolva?

Hi Guys,
2 weeks ago I had my last shot from a cycle of Deca @ 400mg / week for 7 weeks.
This is the second time I have done it and once agiain got good results and no side effects appart from a slight reduction in libido... as expected. Will be adding test next time though.

Was just wondering how long and at what dose I should run Nolva for to get the old test back to normal?

Weeks
1-2: 60 mg/day
3-4: 30 mg/day

Three weeks after last injection start Nolva at 40mg for fourteen days, then the last two weeks Nolva at 20mg until levels are normal.

Why wait three weeks? I know deca has a long half-life. It's better to start pct early and run it longer. I'd start immediately.

Did you get deca dick or any gains on deca alone? I had little gains and deca dick I hate deca gonna use equipose next cycle with test e. maybe dbol in the first 4 weeks dont know yet.

No deca dick, libido was down a bit though. Put on an inch on my arms and maybe 12ibs of muscle. I lOVE deca, great for my elbow tendonitis, the gains retention is nearly 100%, very safe for the hair-line.
Guess some people act differently to it though, I ate a lot... high protein.
As I said im either going to add some test prop next time, or i might even just run a few short cycles of test prop alone... not sure of the dosages yet tho.
