none, unless you start to get gyno. Then PCT would be dialy mg 40,40,30,20 for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after last injection.

Dont take it unless you need it. And if that happens, I would start at 60mg.

I ran 20mg ED (every day) two cycles ago and had no problems at all...

Most people dont run it throughout a cycle because if you dont need it why take it right? However i know a few guys who do and it doesnt seem to affect their gains. I've read posts on several boards from people who say it hinders the gains, however i don't see much in the way of proof and besides, if it does to some degree it would be minimal.

I usually run it if can feel gyno coming then ill start at 60mg but other than that I dont run it with my cycle.

i think i am just going to start from day one and take 20mg / day?
i hope it will be ok? i am scared, what if by the time i realize gyno it is too late....

This likely isn't necessary, but if it makes you feel better, go for it.

Im in week one of a test e 400mg/week cycle and debating on just starting novla at 20mg all the way through. I remember having gyno when I was going through puberty and thank god it went away.

I went to an Endocrinologist about my Gyno. I dropped from 20mg to 10mg after hearing of Nolva's long term effects of bone density loss. He doesn't think I should use Nolva at all.

Now this is interesting, I did not know Nolva had any effect on bone density......Any of you have links on this please post them so we all can read up on this.

SERMs can effect bone density. That is what Evistra (raloxifene HCL) is prescribed for--to prevent osteoporosis.
