It's not that bad, I think adding the fat will bring up your calories and give you some more energy, the veggies are absolutely necessary! I also think you'd do better, feel better, w/ 6 meals instead of 5!|
do you think the 12 g of carbs in the meal #2 shake is a problem? also for my after gym whey shake - that powder has 3 grams of carbs per serving. i like it a lot. is that ok? |

You can also use ground flax seed for fibre!
1300 cals at your size is bad! I'm only 5'4", 115lb and I'm taking ~1600-1800 on a cut...and I'm starving and always want more food! Bring those cals up and you'll get better results!
