ouch! really sore

okay im 21 5'11 about 200lbs and i injected some winstrol depot from zambon into my quad and tricep with a 25 gauge needle and after both injects the muscle underneth the injection site was really sore and it was very hard to work out with especially my quad. iwas wondering if this was normal? and is there a was to minimize the soreness post injection?

Pain for a day or two is normal. What else are you using on this cycle?

The deep tissue massage can help some, but wont help remove all soreness.

if you rub where you take the shot for about 15 minutes, it eliminates alot of the pain you will feel for the next day.

The going theory with water based injections are that the water dissipates quickly leaving the 'sharp' crystaline stuctures to grind in your muscle as you move about. With an oil based shot it takes longer for the oil to dissapate into your system, allowing for a less painful shot in the long run.
